Join us October 10-11, 2025 for the first quarterly AYNI Village Jam. We envision these events as big tent occasions where we can connect with our community, tend to the land, learn from each other, and find ways to continue to support one another and our individual and shared goals of community centered earth based living.
This first Jam will kick-off with our Sukkot gathering on Friday evening. Sukkot is the Jewish harvest holiday, a celebration that is marked by building a temporary outdoor hut to share with friends and family. Together, we will build the structure, invite in our beloved ancestors and guides, dance in gratitude for the land, the stars, and the waters, and then share in a potluck meal. All who attend are welcome to spend the night camping following the gathering. Email info@allyouneedinstitute.com if you’re interested in accommodations beyond camping.
On Saturday, we will begin the day at 9:30am with a meeting introducing AYNI Village. We will be unveiling our new guide for those interested in living here and the various projects we have going currently. Then, we will have some time to work together in our fall garden, do a yaupon tea demo, and share in lunch. After lunch, we will have a barter fest, where we invite folks to share about their needs, wants, offerings, and services. Our hope is that we can help folks find and make connections across the region so that we can develop healthy and generative relationships of mutual aid and exchange. If you have things you’re willing to barter or trade please do bring them (but be aware anything that is not received by another will come back home with you).
These events are offered freely to the community, but please do RSVP so we can plan for our shared meals. on Saturday.
