All You Need Institute is a budding intentional community and eco-village in the Gulf South who is seeking med/long term landmates as we continue to expand our community!

Come be a part of the development of a budding intentional community in the Gulf South region. We are seeking those who desire to cultivate intimate, nourishing relationships with the land and each other while upholding our core values of reciprocity, compassion, liberation, and responsibility.

Over the past five years we have been building the infrastructure necessary to support long-term residents and the greater community at our 111 acre site. Our site is home to a public-facing campground and workshop/retreat facilities and we have regular offerings of nature-based education, reflection, and connection opportunities. We have also been home a number of medium – long term residents and we would like to expand our on-site community with like minded folks.

We are located in Lumberton, MS, about 80 mi north of New Orleans, 35 min south of Hattiesburg, and 15-20 min away from the towns of Wiggins, Poplarville, and Lumberton. We are now seeking those who see the beautiful potential of living a life attuned to the needs of the surrounding ecosystem and desire to do so in deep collaboration with others.

Living at All You Need is for you if you want…

—to live in an eco-centered place with folks who want to support the shared goal of living in reciprocity with our resources

—to live in a heart-centered place where the spiritual, physical, emotional needs of a person’s being are considered and valued

—to live in a place where you will be supported to disengage with aspects of the economy that don’t feel healthy for you

—to live in a community with the option to participate in shared homesteading activities, childcare, and meals

—to have access to resources, tools, knowledge, and facilities to complete personal creative and/or homesteading projects

—to live on over 100 acres of lovingly tended forest, two ponds, a unique lichen sandhill, and a creek

—to have support to use the nature education and retreat center facilities here for personal projects and offerings

—to be a part of the development of long-term collectivization process and eventually become a co-owner of the organization/co-op here (optional)
