Length of time: 2 weeks-2 months; must stay 28 nights and be approved to move to member or tenant status 

Not required to participate in meetings, or take on any additional community chores if paying

     +Monthly rental, 5+ hours/wk land chores, 15% off rentals and events

Length of time: indefinite; must have spent 28 nights here to be considered

Move to resident status at the approval of established Resident Members and 6 mo. full time residence

you’re a full-time resident for foreseeable future w/ a stake in development of ayni village

Ways to integrate:

     +Monthly rental, 12+ hours/wk land chores 15% off rentals and events 

     +Attend 3 weekly 1-hr meetings and lead in one domain (ie food production, animal care, rentals, etc) 

     +Participate in shared meals/groceries, freely enjoy amenities use

     +Rent-to-Own Investment in projects/land use, decision-making in onboarding, rentals and land use

 

Length of time: indefinite; must have spent 6 months as tenant to be considered

 MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND INFO

Memberships are offered at six month terms. If a membership is cancelled before the end of the term, the member will be charged 60% of the pro-rated total the member would have owed had they maintained their membership for 6 months. For example, if you canceled a membership after 3 months ($45/month), the cancellation fee would be $81 ($45 x 3 months remaining x 0.6). 

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS: Discounts are only applied for AYNI hosted and sponsored events, which will be indicated on the event sign up. Use your discount code, which you will receive upon signing up, to redeem your discount. 

GLAMPING RENTALS: We can provide camping gear/tents, as well as basic kitchen & shower access (hot plate, mini fridge, coffee/tea). You can check out our rental options by clicking here. To schedule your rental, email info@allyouneedinstitute.com

FOR ALL CAMPING PASSES: You can share your passes with guests but you must accompany them in order to redeem. Camping passes are available per month, and roll over for six months. Every six month period since your date of membership, your camping passes will restart. We reserve the right to block dates for camping at any time, but will always offer at least two weekends per month available for community camping. Reservations are first come, first serve. 

MEMBERSHIP BILLING: Once you follow the PayPal link and complete registration, you will be billed every month until you cancel. Memberships are a 6-month commitment. 

How do I redeem my membership goodies? 

Once you become a member, we will send you an email within 48 hrs welcoming you to your membership and sharing with you the discount codes and policies that are part of our membership. If you have any questions at all about your membership or becoming a member email info@allyouneedinstitute.com
